The process is straightforward. You meet people in the department you'll be working in. A few other interviews. Not as many rounds as some places which is nice because some places really waste time with tons of conversations with too many people really. No curve balls or anything. Overall, a smooth and well oiled experience.

I had a phone screen that went well and then the recruiter disappeared. No follow up regarding next steps or any decisions being made. Strange. The overall process would have been: Phone interview > peer and manager interview > president interview > offer
