Entrevista
This was an on-campus interview held for the Techno India group students. The first round was an online MCQ round consisting of about 20 basic coding questions. The students who cleared the first round had to go through a coding round. This round consisted of about 4 Competitive coding questions. This was again an elimination round. This was followed by a Psychometric test round based on logical reasoning, pattern matching abilities and decision making skills.
The ones to go through were called for interviews. There were around 12 of us.
The interview consisted of a single round where both the Tech Interviewer and the HR interviewer sat side-by-side and asked questions. The level of questions for the Technical interview was quite good and they expect you to be a real good coder with knowledge of data structures and application while solving real life problems.

-Telephonic Interview
-Take home assignment based on using fusionchart api or any JavaScript api.
Developing webpages using all concepts you know.
-face to face interview and coding questions on DOM, JavaScript closers.
-hr interview.

Entrevista
Phone Interview(HR): A discussion about my resume, past jobs. I told them I have recently started working on Javascript and still in the process of learning.
Phone Interview(T1): Was asked basic questions about prototype, variable scope, JSON. Interviewer seemed satisfied and invited me to their Bangalore office for F2F
F2F Interview(T2): Very tough questions on the inner workings of the language, V8 Engine. Could answer only a few of them. Was asked a few logic puzzles which were quite standard.

Most q's in T2 were tough as they really expect you to know the inner workings of JS. Was asked to make a 'library' of graphic functions.
