I had a disappointing experience with FUTURAE's interview process. While the initial stages were smooth, the lack of clarity and communication throughout the later stages of the process left a negative impression. When I followed up, feedback was either delayed or vague, which made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.
Clear and consistent communication is essential to ensure candidates feel respected and valued. I believe there's room for improvement in providing timely feedback and setting clear expectations throughout the journey.

Ghosted, they didn't even bother to provide some feedback or send an email/phonecall. After what I thought it was a nice first stage catch up, I even tried contacting them 2 weeks later to get some update/closure and they never got back to me. Very unprofessional, something you wouldn't expect at this level. Would not recommend.

Entrevista
I had an initial call with the Head of Engineering, which was engaging and lasted about an hour. The conversation covered a range of interesting topics, and I appreciated the depth of the questions asked. Following the call, I was given a test assignment that included coding tasks involving Appium, Cypress, and Playwright.
However, after completing the assignment, I did not receive any feedback for over 1.5 months. The lack of communication, especially after investing time and effort into the process, was disappointing. It's important for companies to provide timely feedback to candidates, regardless of the outcome, as it reflects on their professionalism and respect for the candidate's time.
