First interview was with the country manager. The next level was with his superior. It is important to pass the country manager’s interview to get endorsement to next level. There were a set of questions mainly focused on the sales capability/skill set and attitude.

Way too long, It took 5 interviews to get the job and then training was very out dated. But overall the interview doesnt outline the job too well. Thank you
