Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Future Group (Kraków) em abr. de 2025
Entrevista
Feels like a scam. Nothing seems legit, the interviewer didn't tell anything about hourly rate, type of contract and haven't asked about my qualifications. He had his camera off, asked about the parameters of my laptop and told me I'll be making phone/videocall simultaneous translation of medical diagnoses... and I have no qualifications to do that, is highly specialist topic after all. Only after further questioning he told I'm supposed to learn everything from 2-week training. I'm also supposed to but ringlight, grey backdrop and Jabra-style headset on my own, no reimbursement. From what I know I'm supposed to stay online for 8-10 hours a day but get paid only for the calls I translated, no guarantee there'll be any. Very shady, I didn't take it.

The interview was on zoom, but only the audio was on, and they recorded it from the start. Since the first conversation, I did not understand how I would be paid. They said they had 2 modalities (per hour or per minute of call), I asked if I were payed by minute of call, if there were no calls I would not be paid? They did not clarify that, just said the payment method changes based on the business needs.
