The process was very lengthy. I had 3 interviews, usually they'd say they'd let me know if I were to make it to the next stage in about one week, as that didn't happen, I would follow up and only after that was I informed I made it to the next step. So this happened 3 times. The interviews were pleasant (recruiter, someone in operations and then head of admissions), but the recruiter gave off the impression everything was going well, especially regarding the salary range, only to tell me at the last step they can max offer 10% less than the minimum of my range, discussed in the very first interview.
