There was an online test ,students shortlisted was called to their office in Kolkata . The company did not arrange for any transport or a place to stay niether did they reimburse anything.

it is a basic mathematics interview but also level of question is increasing as you give right answers. My interviewer asked first to tell me something about yourself ,why you are interested in this job

2 rounds of aptitude test in the college. After which, they shortlisted around 20 students. The girls were told that this role isnt meant for them because they deal with foreign clients, hence their timings arent convenient for girls.
