Assuming you get an offer from the company, their fee is (in my case 20% of the base salary) paid by you - the person trying to find a job - out of your pocket. They ask for a down payment of at least $2k. They offer you financing options (0%) and tax write-offable options. If you need a job and do not have $2k laying around, dont bother.
