A casual first call to screen the candidate and a test. Obviously I understand the test but not at the level they set (very easy, not challenging at all, but very time consuming around 4 to 6 hrs). But then instead of go thorugh the test they simply discard people they do not like with not feedback. No respect to your time whatsoever. Place to avoid like the plague
