Process was in depth and professional. The store manager was highly concerned about building a team that helps one another. Regarding the dutys of the job was covered well. I left more informed about the job then expected.

I turned in an application a couple months ago and didn't get a call until a couple weeks ago when they were hiring again. Went in, had a short interview with the manager. She was very friendly and easy going. It was very laid back, we sat in the stock room and she asked simple questions, like what my hobbies are, my availability, what I look for in a job, etc. After the one-on-one, I filled out a short interview form, and that was it.
