I had several phone interviews. One of which was in person. They seemed very unorganized. By what I mean by that is they weren't sure who should be at the meeting or where the meeting was supposed to happen. Honestly I wasn't to impressed, first impressions are everything. They wanted me to create a script for their software as a test before they actually offered me a job. However, the software u would need to complete this task actually costs money. It seemed like a back door way for them to get me to pay for a software I would need for my job. A lot of questions however, they were very basic. It seemed like none of them actually understood testing of quality procedures and doctrine. I stopped the process before they offered me a letter of intent. For me there was something that didn't sit well wellwell.with me wellwellwiywith me.
