This was a phone interview. It was set up about one day in advance by the in-house recruiter. We spent about a half hour discussing the recruiter's background and job history. (I was looking for things in common.) We spent about 20 minutes to a half hour discussing the company, my experience and fit. This was early in my job search process, so I was not successful as I was not as prepared as I should have been.
