The very first thing that you need to do of course is to fill out an application online with the hopes of getting contacted back for an interview. The first step of the process is a phone interview with a recruiter. In my case, I had the call with the Recruiter but it did not move forward to next steps. When applying for a position, one hopes to have an interview and if it doesn't progress, it would be nice to send an email and say thanks for your time because it was my time too and the respect should work both ways.

My entire interview process was seamless throughout. A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and we spoke the next day over the phone. Next, I spoke with my future manager on the phone for about 30 minutes the following day. I then had a Zoom interview with someone who would be on my team. Lastly, I did a presentation and then “panel” type interview with 2 other potential teammates. I got a call the next day (a Friday) from my future manager letting me know I was going to be extended the offer. She told me she didn’t want me to go into the weekend having to wonder if I had gotten the role or not, which I greatly appreciated. I probably sounded like an idiot over the phone with how giddy I was to accept the role, but the hiring process made me that much more eager to start working with G2 and her specific team. Extremely intelligent and friendly future teammates. No complains in any capacity.
