Kimbrell and his VPs actually hired some really excellent people. I was impressed by the caliber of professionals this bogus company was able to attract. And they start out really moving the company forward, and amazing everyone. Then Kimbrell fires them for "incompetence" when the blue on the brochure that he approved (Kimbrell micro-manages to an extreme) was not quite what he wanted afterall when the docs came from the printer, or the hotel where we did the orientation reduced the number of free drink coupons they allotted.
