The interview process involved two stages: first, a online call, followed by an in-person visit to the office that included a full presentation. The presentation itself required a significant amount of time, preparation, and thought. Despite the effort put into this stage, no feedback was ever provided afterwards, which was disappointing and unprofessional. What made the experience more concerning was seeing several of the ideas I presented later appear on the company’s social media pages, despite not being offered the role or receiving any acknowledgement of my contribution.
