First interview with a junior member of the team. Little or no understanding of the role, or my experience. They had not taken the time to review my CV, which was disappointing. Many of the questions were not relevant, or could be answered by reading my cover letter and CV.

No interview process. just 3 rounds when ever they want. Many people has rejected their offer at last moment.
2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Salary negotiation.
small office and sitting arrangement is bad. hire and fire. no respect to people who works but doesnt lick.
