the interview is about 30 mins long and involves general job related questions about delivering good customer service and ascertaining that the candidate understands the role and the requirements - all documents need to be to hand and references must be friends who have known you for 5 years, address history must be 5 years also

Pretty easy, basic behavioural questions on skills, experience and what u can bring e.g motivations for job, why u want this job, ur skills that helped u in ur last job and will help u on this

It was very quick, and it was pretty much based upon how your skills could possibly align with the job requirements. I thoroughly researched on company and went for the interview.

Do you have any relevant work experience?
Very easy and relaxed with basic questions felt like a chat more than an interview. Had to wait in a room with a lot of other candidates and just had to have a form of ID with,you could hear other candidates answering their questions which didn't sound hard at all
