Not really much of an interview. They basically just talked about the orientation process and then it took about 5 weeks to get my background check completed. Theres a drug test you must submit after this. Long orientation process. 40 hours in class at the phoenix office but the teacher makes it as painless as possible and he was pretty funny.

meet with interviewer dress professional. prior leo is a plus make sure have all certs. if you have tattoos if hired you have to wear long sleeves. you will get basic certs before you goto your job site

Mass interview, I applied online. I interviewed with the account manager, who seemed too high strung. I was forward to him, and he appreciated that. I received an offer right then, and I started with training 2 weeks later.
