I submitted a resume and received a call form the branch head quarters. They had me come in and placed me at a work sight based on my commute trying to make it as short as possible. They also screened me for the sight before finishing everything, if i would not have fit at the sight i would be placed else where. The interview was difficult because of the sight I was being placed at.

Easy friendly relaxed just be a normal human being. If you're obviously not taking care of the normal things like hygiene and not look sharp. They probably won't think you care about the job. It's very simple be presentable and you'll get the job.
