Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela G4S Secure Solutions (Creve Coeur, MO) em out. de 2013
Entrevista
I applied online & was called for an interview at the branch office in Creve Coeur, MO. Standard questions were asked. Nothing unexpected. There is a huge turnover rate in contract security & they pretty much take anyone. No worries. Then, you interview with the manager at the site you will be working at. If they like you, you will get a call & begin training. 1st day (out of 5) at the branch office, you get your drug test done & begin paperwork. You will apply for security licenses - expect to pay for it. Some sites require additional tests such as respiratory & psych evals. As long as you don't fail anything, you will continue training at branch office then site training follows that, sometimes for weeks. Every site is different. A month after I had been hired & working for them, I got a call - they were still vetting my work history & needed me to explain a 2 month gap. The background checks can take weeks & depend on how many states you've lived in, etc.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela G4S Secure Solutions (Fredericksburg, VA) em dez. de 2019
Entrevista
I applied online through INDEED and received a phone call to schedule an in-person interview. The listing stated RICHMOND area but the interview was in Fredericksburg, VA. I arranged for the interview on the following day of the telephone call.
I arrived 15 minutes early for a 1200 interview time. The person I was scheduled to inerview with had no idea that I was coming. At around 1210 I was escorted back and was seated in a small conference room. The interviewer apologized for the breakdown in communications and then started the interview. I was first asked to tell her about myself.
When I was told the position was in Fredericksburg and not in Richmond as advertised I respectfully declined and asked to be put into the pool for the Richmond area.
