The interviewer and hiring staff didn't even know which site I would be going to. They are low-ballers in telling you how much you earn. Work hours are usually not what they tell you and there's a lot of miscommunication on what the employee duties will be. They check for a clean background, drug tests, physicals just to make sure you can perform the job. After that, you're pretty much easily hired.
