Interview process was fairly straightforward - phone screen with recruiter, followed by video interview with hiring manager, then technical test, then meetings with several people from leadership. While the interview process was easy, the salary range for the role was never disclosed, despite the fact that job postings in NY state are required by law to list the salary range. Recruiter made it sound like it was a done deal after my final interview, only to come back a few days later with a vague reason as to why I was rejected.
