I recently completed 2.5 years in the Technical Management Development Program (TMDP). My interview was a bit atypical as I was an intern during a time of the year where there aren't many interns. The main goal seemed to be to determine whether I was a good fit for the company and program, and find out what ideas I had for my career future. In my time in the program, I had the opportunity to work in departments focusing on Research & Development, Continuous Improvement, and even had the rare chance to work as a Sales Rep & see the end of our value stream. There were many opportunities to network with company leaders, and also potential to work to improve the program through side projects & roles. I believe this has achieved its goal of exposing me to a large part of the business at a very early point in my career, and has given me an outstanding foundation to build on. This is a truly unique company with a multitude of outstanding benefits, and it is a joy to come to work every day!
