There were three parts to the interview which takes about 1-1.5 months. 1) Interview with someone in the SDLP position and a recruiter. 2) Interview with a district manager. 3) Recruiting Conference where you have two interviews and give a presentation. After going through all of it, the interviews themselves aren't very difficult, but the people you're competing against for the job are EXCELLENT candidates, so most people will not get an offer. Only about 2% get through the third round, and only about 1% are offered a position. As for myself, I know I did a great job during each of the interviews and still didn't get an offer because there are such amazing candidates.
