I interviewed at the company booth when they visited my campus. It was only one interview, and I was interviewed by my current boss. The questions were all philosophical which was a bit intimidating, but it helped me make a good connection with him, which is probably why I was offered a position.

Focus on grit, sales experience, and desire to learn. It was first a coffee chat, and then two rounds of interviews. It was important to follow up. First interview was with the SLDP manager and the second was with a director

The interview process was overall good, the first round was a phone screen and was pretty short. The second round was a zoom with behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to, it was pretty conversational.
