The most incompetent recruitment process I’ve ever experienced. They booked me in for an interview after the position had been filled. They never bothered to let me know either, so I would’ve went to the interview myself if I didn’t have the initiative not to trust these cowboys. I applied for the role in November, closing date Dec 18th. They finally responded on Dec 30th with an interview date with Craig. No information was sent to me afterwards and I found out they filled the position two weeks prior. I probably could’ve sorted out their horrible recruitment process. They’ve probably lost out on many a great manager because of this incompetence.
