The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including an initial screening, a technical assessment, and a final interview. The questions covered both technical and behavioral aspects, focusing on problem-solving, past experiences, and industry knowledge. The interviewers were professional and asked relevant questions. The overall process was well-structured and took a reasonable amount of time. Communication from the company was clear, and feedback was provided after each stage. It was a good experience, and I would recommend it to others preparing for similar roles.

Entrevista
The interview process was very good, made up of 4 stages altogether.
The first stage was with the recruitment consultant and was a general chat about the company, role profile and expectations.
The second stage was with the hiring manager and was a very good open conversation about the organisation, direction and my experience, alongside general conversations relating to culture fit.
The third stage was with the PE firm, to discuss a little more technical knowledge as well as leadership style and stakeholder influence ability.
The final stage was with key stakeholders in the organisation and was a good, open bi-directional conversation about the organisation, some of the challenges they faced and how my experience could translate to helping them.

Entrevista
While a very lengthy interview process (5 stages + a technical test), everyone was lovely to talk to, and each interview was a very natural conversation (rather than feeling like a Q&A or a list of questions that needed to be asked).
There was a large focus on making sure that not only I was a good candidate for the position, but also that GAN (and the position) would be a good fit for me as well.
The wait time between interviews was never more than a few days.
