      Entrevista

      The interview process was supposed to be a screen, assessment, virtual interview, and in person second round interview. I made it to the second round and decided to remove myself from the interview process. The biggest reason for this is because they took forever to schedule the second-round and then canceled two hours before the interview due to a "last minute meeting". Prior to this, I thought the recruiter was a bot at times as she would respond all times of the night and when I shared information with her such as I had a code for the assessment as I had already previously took it and it wouldn't allow me to take it again (instead I could just provide the code) she responded as if I hadn't said what I said, At the time of the screen, she showed up late and in a hoodie, I didn't have time to ask any questions (sent them via email instead). The best part of the interview was my first-round. He was a pleasant individual and I really enjoy his line of questioning. After being invited for the second round onsite. I continued to give the recruiter my availability, which she completely ignored in the scheduling process. I was given the run around for a while with Erika stating that the CEO was out of the office so the 2+ hour onsite interview could not be scheduled in a timely manner. When it finally was scheduled (during a time I told her I was NOT available) the day of the interview they canceled two hours before the interview was scheduled to take place. I reached out to someone else who'd connected with me via LinkedIn to help during the assessment process to let him know I'd be removing myself from candidacy unless we could align mutual respect for time. They kindly did not take me up on that and that was the end of my interview journey with them. I wasn't going to post but they told me they were switching gears with the position as the reasoning for not "leading me along" but as I see it today, the role is still very much so posted. Also, another note, the interviews are recorded which is not something they share prior to the interview beginning.
