Entrevista
Typical process in which they performed a phone interview with HR who ask basic intro questions. This was to see how I sounded on the phone. After that I had to take a Chally Test, it was used to see how I stacked up against the benchmarks they are looking for in a Tech Consultant. Lastly they ran me through 2 people before the final interview. I met with the VP and my manager.

Entrevista
Easy, basic, and typical sales interview. Not your standard corporate structure. Interview panel consisted of HR rep and current GM/VP. HR rep very like-able, however GM/VP didn't really seem to engaged with company progress; more interested in sales volume. Didn't appear to be engaging or client oriented. More like a used car sales manager.

Entrevista
Asked some very basic questions. Nothing that a little studying couldn't help with. The usual types of questions you would expect for this position.
They also asked lots of behavioral questions. They were just the typical type of behavioral questions from an HR person. I would practice and prepare some canned answers for these. I don't think they are really trying to weed out candidates based on these answers.
