Applied and received a phone call. The HR went through my experiences on my resume, asked a couple of questions. Next day, I received another call for on-site interview. The on-site interview consisted of me, three other managers, and the HR. They asked behavioral questions, maybe around 6 or so and was given a factory tour. No technical questions at all...
