Entrevista
This was a three part interview. To begin they will fly out each candidate and put them in a hotel the night before the interview. First part of the interview is a presentation in which you present to the hiring managers for 5 minutes and then they ask you questions for 5 minutes. Second part is a one on one interview with each of the hiring managers. About 15 minutes of them asking you question, and then you ask them any questions. The last part is a group activities with the other candidates in which you work together to solve a case problem.

Assessment centre ~ 1:1 interviews and group excersies
Mixture of personal and technical questions
Positive experience, everyone was very friendly
Interview consisted of 3 basic recorded questions. I feel that the questions were not specific to the role and felt a bad way to assess applicants that meet the standard.

Entrevista
Average and interactive interview process with mostly behavioral questions and one case study at the end of the session in group. They get back to interviewees at a quick rate. Would recommend if you’re looking for a rotational program in supply chain.
