1st interview took about 1hour. It was a group interview with all technical questions. most of the questions are about my previous projects. 2nd interview face to face with director. friendly interviewers

Manager reached out by phone to inform of future interview but then reached back out. We had a good conversation that lead to a follow up interview. IT was very odd that the hiring manager did not reach back out.

Total of 3 interviews: 1 recorded, 1 through video call, 1 from HR. Time between the first and second interview was about 1 month. Overall it was pretty good. They asked about my experience and some technical questions related to material science and mechanical engineering.
