Entrevista
It was strictly behavioral interviewing. Questions consisted of things like: What was your greatest accomplishment, When is a time you had to use your leadership skills, when was a time you had to influence your peers, what was your biggest failure, etc. They want you to reflect on your background no matter what it was, and answer the question. Even if you were a pizza boy it does not matter. Don't be afraid to take your time to answer the question completely. Tell them the situation, what you did, and the outcome. Good luck
All of the questions were behavioral - they want to know how you work with others, how you react to obstacles, etc. It was one round of interviews and was conducted online.

When was a time you were given feedback you didn't expect?
A campus recruiter conducted a 30 minute interview and asked several behavioral questions. There were several scenario questions and some questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Overall I would say the interview process was very quick and efficient process.

Entrevista
30-45 minutes interview, two interviewers with engineering backgrounds. A lot more questions than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall experience was slightly above average, the interviewers were very nice and friendly. However, I felt the interview process was a bit dry, mostly questions after questions (since 30 min is not a lot for all those questions). Not really like an engaging conversation compared to my other interviews.
