The 1st round consisted of a group discussion on a general awareness topic, post which the shortlisted candidates are called for interview. The interview revolves around the contents of the resume, in terms of previous work ex, summer internships and any college related activities that one has been part of. Also, a lot of questions on B2B vs B2C and learning from your current education along with a few behavioral HR questions like working in a team, conflict resolution etc.
