Has 3 rounds of interviews then was Strung along for 8 months and then eventually told they moved forward with someone else. Waste of my time but glad I didn't get the job overall.

Speaking with the recruiter and manager separately, I did also have online interview with the team and lastly meeting team and some members separately at the office. The office visit lasted multiple hours and sometimes it was hard to know how and why these interviews are affecting to the recruitment process.
