At the start of the interview, the Mechanical Engineering manager got up and drew a tank and a pump on the white board and asked me what came to my mind: a very unspecific question. How do you evaluate for a specific answer to a non-specific question? there are so many things that could be going on. He settled on NPSH. I am not a mind reader either. He went quiet for the whole interview afterwards.He knew my experience as I have worked with their technologies and fixed their design flaws during construction

Reached out to do an EDP hirevue interview. Prerecorded question answer format with two attempts per questions with one minute to think about response. Interviewee is able to complete at own leisure and complete questions with breaks inbetween.

Initially, they asked me to describe myself and whatever projects I did during my internship, and then they started asking questions about the projects, checking my understanding, and w, w, and what things I learned after with internship period.
After all of this, they started asking questions regarding mechanical technical subjects...
