1. Short competency-based interview with the HR.
Friendly interview with a project manager. No situational or theoretical questions, just a description of what work needs to be done and if I'm ready to get on board.

There is going to be a lot of monotonous work. Are you ready to handle that?
I was contacted shortly after a career fair in order to schedule an interview the next day. The interview lasted about 35 minutes with two of the representatives from the career fair conducting the interview. The questions they asked were fairly typical. The interviewers were always very polite and respectful. They were very good about answering a couple questions I had at the end of the interview.

Entrevista
Got Interview call after 10 days of applying and 20 days after got the job offer. Interview was behavioral question, no technical questions. Interview was about half hour long. The interview was pretty easy.
