It took about 2 months to hear back. When I did I had to go through a survey, a test, and an 3 hour interview. But overall it went pretty fast and wasn't that challenging if you had prior manufacturing experience.

The hardest part was the test. Lots of people missed the opportunity because they didn't do well on the test. But I didn't feel that it was that hard.
