First Round interview was merely a ten minute call even though it was scheduled for thirty minutes. I was asked mostly logistical questions with one "interview" question of "why GE Vernova".

Interview was fairly lengthy; met with hiring manager, HR and CFO; asked me about my background and experience; was asked behavioral questions in the interview; nothing technical; took a long time to get back with offer; accepted the offer.

Entrevista
4 stages interview: firstly contacted by phone, then in person for interview with the manager, then again by phone with the executive. Afterwards was waiting for the decision which took almost one week (which is very quick IMO). The panel called finally and announced their decision and GE´s offer.
