The interview process was informal. Manager flew out to my city and took me to dinner. Asked me about my work history and background. The vice president was also in town and decided to participate in the interview.

To get this job one must go through 2 rounds of an interview, followed by background check.Also ,it depends on the manager to conduct drug and alcohol test. Before getting final letter an HR will explain the benefits and will give 3 days to accept the offer.
