The interviews were part or a two round process, which involved two persons per round who conducted the interview in a question and answer format. The first round was with HR and the Marketing Communications Manager and the second round was with the Commercial Director and HR. It was a formal process where we were able to discuss my experience and how it would apply to GEFCO.
