Marathon type interview process. Apply online, phone screening, online profile and testing, another phone interview, and then a Skype interview. If you pass all that then you're invited to interview with management. That involves coming on site, studying a bunch of material, role playing, and answering questions. If you pass all of that, then you finally get to interview with management. All of this took about three months, and felt like I was jumping through hoops the whole time. I was very interested, but the length of the process left many other reputable businesses plenty of time to conduct thorough interviews and competitive offers, one of which I eventually took.
