You have to take a personality assessment first. These tests are the most annoying. After you spend 30-40 min of your life answering questions that don't matter, you might get a call back. The next step is a brief interview where you are asked why you want to work for them (because I need a job!!) They then ask if you would be willing to complete there 3 months of training and say that they will forward this to a human resource specialist for the next interview...needles to say, no interview.

Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
