The campus recruiter reaches out after you submit an application online and asks for your transcript. They then scheduled a phone conversation to inform you about the program/position. Following that, they then schedule another phone interview where they ask you typical interview questions. Your answers are then passed on to the hiring manager who decides if you move on to the next stages of the interview process. The campus recruiter I spoke with was very friendly and nice. However, GEICO did a poor job with communication after the second phone interview. I was supposed to hear back from them after 3-5 business days and it took them about 15+ business days to send me an automated rejection email.
