Entrevista
To be considered you must pass the personality test and then wait for an invite. If you pass the personality test then you take a caliper test. If you pass the caliper test then you'll be sent an email to choose an interview time. If you pass the interview with the first interviewer then they will tell you your moving on to the next step. Next you'll have another phone interview with more in-depth questions based on the star method. If you pass that then you go for the Geico role play assessment. The assessment is definitely overwhelming. Ignore the extra papers they give you because during the process they'll hand you the paperwork needed. Just keep calm and you'll do fine. There is a lot of information to process because you first have to listen to a 30-minute tape recording but don't let it overwhelm you. I received an email 3 days later that I was rejected. I know I messed up on the role play part. Just be calm.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
