Entrevista
LONG. It takes a total of 8 hours if you pass their tests. You have to take a timed computer program test, a timed typing test, and a role play phone call scenario, take to an HR rep AND then you get to side by side with an agent who actually likes their job to see if this is what you want to do.

Entrevista
First I got a call which was a small phone interview with basic questions. After that you get set up to do a computer assessment where you will be tested for your computer typing and multi tasking skills. Once that's done you then will be interviewing with a hiring agent after that you do a role play phone where you are given a packet of a company and you will represent the company and someone in the next room will call you and asks you questions. You will get three calls. make sure you highlight the important parts of the packet. once you pass the phone role play you get to shadow a real agent and listen to their call for about an hour. once all that is done then you interview with a department manager. This will be the last step and this person will be the ultimate decider on whether you get the job or not. Just prepare by watching YouTube videos of interviews and practice role-playing and typing through the internet.

Literally the hardest interview process I have ever had. Online survey, phone interview, typing test. hr Interview, phone role play and management interview. Drug test is hair sample. After that you wait and then they come back on the room with a decision. Total interview process was about 8 hours.
