Filled out an application online, got an automated email asking to fill out a brief questionnaire, standard questions, why do you want to work here, describe an analytical project... standard stuff.
Next, HR contacted me to send some additional documents like my unofficial transcript, questionnaire. Few days later I was contacted to set-up a phone interview with the hiring manager and a few members of her team. Pretty much a behavioral interview with questions about my resume and experiences. Following that phone call, I was sent a technical assignment to write up and given a few days to send it.
Within 2-3 days I was contacted again by HR to set up a in-person interview. I drove to their headquarters in Chevy Chase where HR reviewed Geico benefits, pretty straightforward stuff. Then I was called in to speak with the hiring manager and one of the people on her team. Pretty relaxed interview to be honest, it was really just them explaining the position, asking how the assignment went and then asking me if this was something I really wanted. Finally, they gave me a brief tour of their office and some of the work they were currently focused on.
The day after my interview, I got a call with an offer.

Entrevista
The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.

Basic behavioral interview questions for phone screen like describe who you are, explain a challenge you overcame. They then give you a small overview of the role at the company. They said they would get back within the week.
