first, you get a phone call from the recruiter, if everything goes well your called on-site for an assessment, if you pass the assessment you are interviewed the same day. first by the recruiter, then by the department supervisor, and finally the department's manager, and you are hired. I was hired the same day of my on-site assessment.

The interview process is very seamless. I was asked questions that seemed direct and the response was clear and professional. The recruiter went over many concerns and key points that were relevant to the role.
