Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months

7 interviews, 2nd to last one was 3 hours, why drag me along for so many if you knew you didn’t want to hire me??? A waste of my time and also theirs

I received a video interview invite. After submitting the video interview, I was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interviewer asked similar questions as the virtual interview, asked preferences, employment history and reasons why I would be a great fit
