Entrevista
Entire process took about 3-4 weeks, started an application online which resulted in a 20 min phone call interview. After the interview I was emailed a link for a timed test online...which i passed and moved on to the on site interview/assessment test with role playing involved... Granted it is very difficult and they put a lot of pressure on you.... But if you are suited for the this job you will pass this test...Geico is sending you off for 3 months of training flight/hotel/transportation covered...nothing wrong with assuring their investment doesn't go to waste. After I passed the test i came back to the Geico office to have an interview with the HR hiring Manager who asked me a series of questions about experience and why I applied for this job, pretty straight forward. After I left i got a call about an hour later saying I got the Job... i went back for background check/drug test/ credit check...
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
